DeepGreen Bank

DeepGreen Bank is a federal savings bank operating online nationally. Their parent company, DeepGreen Financial, is owned by Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, MHC. Third Federal is the nation's largest mutually owned savings and loan association and is dedicated to serving consumers with competitive rates and outstanding customer service.

When they contacted us they needed a COO with experience managing consumer finance, overseeing operations for a diverse range of traditional financial products and adapting technology to new, emerging distribution channels. Michael E. Reding, senior vice president of Global Systems and Operations for Transamerica Insurance Finance in Buffalo, New York, fit that requirement and joined the organization.

Michael currently oversees technology, credit, finance and operations. He is also responsible for both short and long-term corporate development initiatives.

DeepGreen Bank, an Internet lender, has done in excess of $1 billion of home equity loans annually since Michael's arrival.
