After
we present profiles of the top candidates, our staff schedules the interviews,
arranges travel and manages all the details of the meetings. Working with our
client and their team, we create the best possible interview and follow up strategy;
one that will present the opportunity at their company so persuasively that
it solidifies the candidate's interest. After the interviews, we debrief the
client and the candidate and the process culminates in an offer, acceptance
and resignation.
The need for leadership in any organization is of paramount importance
so we dedicate ourselves to each search in an effort to find the right match
within 100 days. We require the cooperation of our clients in regard to communication
and availability to accomplish our goals and require the same of our organization.
