The ASLON Process
The ASLON Group is a retained executive search firm focused on solutions for
leadership acquisition. Together with the client, we will develop a search strategy,
write a position summary and identify the companies to target in our research.
The detailed position summary will outline the qualifications and experiences
of the desired candidate. Then we conduct original research accessing proprietary,
commercially available and online services to explore each company and develop
a long list of potential candidates. From this list we begin the recruiting
process and conduct first round telephone evaluations to develop candidates
for possible in-person interviews. If confidentiality is a major concern, we
do not divulge the name of our client until we feel a personal interview is
warranted.

We notify the client of our qualified recommendations and send documentation on each candidate consisting of resume, compensation and initial assessment. We then conduct face-to-face or videoconference interviews, and present a written report listing the candidate's qualifications, background and our recommendation. We then arrange first round interviews with the client and coordinate all travel plans.
We maintain constant communication with the candidate and client to act as a mediator throughout the process to address relevant issues and keep the momentum of the search on track.We conduct in-depth interviews with candidate references to further investigate his/her qualifications. We are thoroughly involved in the final negotiations and background check to help the client develop the job offer and act as a liaison with the candidate through the acceptance stage.We have our client's interests in mind on every call and are always on the look out for people who will enhance their success. While conducting the search we may come across candidates who might not be qualified for the current project but whose background, experience and qualifications would make them an ideal addition to our client's team. We will also notify our clients of people who may have an interest in their organization in regards to investors, customers or strategic partners. In other words, we want our clients to be successful and will present any leads that we feel might be beneficial to their future growth.
