Tosoh America Hires New Treasurer
Cleveland,
Ohio (July 25, 2005) We are very pleased to announce the completion of
the Treasurer search for Tosoh America.
The new Treasurer, Jim Shaffer, will directly oversee all of the financial functions and advise the President and other leaders on significant event transactions for their complex multi-entity group. This will include strategic planning with the senior leadership team on growth initiatives and cost reductions as well as merger and acquisition analysis.
Jim came from Fischer Scientific where he was the Finance Director and before that a Vice President/Controller and Treasurer for Iron Age Corporation. He received his MBA from Duquesne University and his BA in Accounting from Mercyhurst College.
