Master Chemical Hires New European General Manager

bulletCleveland, OH – June 1, 2006: After recently celebrating their fourth anniversary, ASLON continues to broaden and deepen their knowledge of executive search by completing an international search assignment in Central Eastern Europe.

Master Chemical selected ASLON because they had previously done a successful search to find their President/General Manager. As a result, ASLON knew their culture, their executive team and their board well. Master Chemical's strategic plan required a leader based in Hungary, Poland or the Czech Republic who had the ability to drive the company into large, new market areas in order to build a brand and a business in this region. With ASLON's knowledge of Master Chemical and experience in the industry, they were able to complete the project in less than 100 days.

The successful candidate, Petr Sterba, will play the lead role in accomplishing Master Chemical's vision to grow the business significantly throughout Europe. Previously, Petr was the Country Manager and Sales Development Manager for Kimberly-Clark in the countries of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Petr is a native of Czech, lives in Prague with his family and speaks several languages.
