Chart Industries Hires New Director of Tax
Cleveland,
OH – February 2009: We
are pleased to announce the completion of a
Director of Tax search for Chart Industries, a leading global manufacturer
of highly
engineered equipment used in the production, storage and end-use of hydrocarbon
and
industrial gases.
Based on our past relationship with Chart Industries, we were contacted to use our proprietary process of leadership identification, assessment and delivery. With this process we were able to identify Andy Haus to be an integral part of the executive team. Andy reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Chart Industries. He is responsible for all federal and state income tax compliance/planning and oversees foreign income tax compliance/planning. He will also be responsible for oversight and maintenance of U.S., U.K. and Australia tax compliance, research and projects in all tax areas.
