Brush Wellman Attracts Tyco Marketing Executive

Cleveland, Ohio (June 1, 2004) The ASLON Group has completed a search for the Director, Electronics Marketing at Brush Wellman Inc. – the only fully-integrated producer of beryllium in the world. Copper beryllium allows designers of electronic connectors and components to shorten product development cycles and lower cost component solutions while addressing the technology-driven requirements of miniaturization, higher pin counts, faster operating speeds, higher operating temperatures and greater durability.

The successful candidate, Brian Burke, was most recently the Global Industrial Manager at Tyco Electronics in Harrisburg, PA where he was involved in standards for the connector industry. His most recent assignment was global in nature and he worked in sales for the Computer & Communications Equipment Business Unit.
