Cleveland, Ohio, January 2012 - ASLON is pleased to announce the selection of Brent Philo as Vice President of Taxation for Chart Industries (Nasdaq: GTLS). In this role, Brent will be directly responsible for the execution of tax planning, reporting and compliance obligations of the global business. As an integral part of Chart's executive leadership team, Brent will play a key role in the company's aggressive growth plans over the next three years. Brent will report directly to Michael Biehl, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Chart, Brent served as Director of International Taxes for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Cleveland. Brent received extensive global manufacturing experience during his career working for General Electric, with a primary emphasis on international tax. He received his Masters of Taxation from the University of New Haven and his Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Law from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
