assessing and delivering world class leaders.
The ASLON Group Code of Ethics
During the course of conducting our business we have adopted ten principles of ethics that are endorsed by the Association of Executive Search Consultants. We share accountability for practicing these guidelines daily with our clients and our candidates.
- We conduct our business with integrity and avoid conduct that is deceptive
or misleading.
- We are professional and conduct our activities in a manner that reflects
favorably on our company and profession.
- We serve our clients loyally and protect their interests when performing
assignments.
- While it is necessary for us to share information to meet the needs of our
business, we will respect the confidential information entrusted to us by
clients and candidates and will not share anything unless instructed.
- We strive to be accurate in all communication with clients and candidates
and encourage them to exchange relevant and accurate information with us.
- We exercise objective and impartial judgment in each search assignment,
giving due consideration to all relevant facts.
- We support equal opportunity in employment and objectively evaluate all
qualified candidates.
- We practice the good faith intent to tell the truth to our clients and candidates
based on the information at hand.
- We will not create beliefs or impressions that are untrue, misleading or
deceptive and will act with sincerity and in the best interest of the clients
and candidates.
- We avoid or resolve conflicts of interest through disclosure and waiver.
