Biography of Christopher J. Yessayan

Christopher J. YessayanChris Yessayan is a Principal with ASLON, whose mission is to be the leading integrity-based retained search firm focused on identifying, assessing, and delivering world class leaders in the manufacturing, technology, and service industries. Mr. Yessayan is an active affiliate of the International Executive Search Foundation (IESF), the largest search network in the world which has an established local partner network in over 40 countries.

Mr. Yessayan has built his experience and reputation working in a wide range of companies and industries with multiple roles in Fortune 500 as well as small, early stage organizations. He has an extensive background in global general management and has developed functional expertise in many areas such as sales, service, marketing, business development, mergers & acquisitions, quality and operations. Chris has worked in a multitude of industries including Medical, Transportation, Energy, Homeland Security, Pharmaceutical and Food, most recently serving as CEO of MORK Process Inc., an early stage, private equity backed company which manufactures Clean-In-Place systems for the global Pharmaceutical and Food Industries. Previously, he was Vice President & General Manager for an $80M business unit of Invacare, serving the home care and long term care markets where he had responsibility for Service Operations while leading strategic initiatives to diversify the corporation into profitable value added services.

Prior to joining Invacare, Chris spent two years with Thermo Electron where he served as General Manager of the Radiation Measurement and Protection business unit. Also during his tenure at Thermo Electron, he led the global business unit responsible for delivering radiation detection technology and services into the Nuclear Power and Homeland Security markets. Chris started his career with General Electric and spent 14 years in various leadership positions across the globe. His time at GE was focused on key global service and quality leadership roles in several business units, including GE Medical & GE Transportation Systems.

Mr. Yessayan obtained his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, has undergone extensive leadership training while at both GE and Thermo and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He serves on the board of Lorain County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services and the Parish Relations Committee at his church.
