William C. Murschel

William C. Murschel (Bill) is Vice President and Senior Manager/Corporate Relations in KeyCorp's Public Affairs Group, having joined the Cleveland-based financial services company in 1994. In that capacity, he oversees the company's corporate/strategic news announcements, issues management programs, annual reports, acts as chief company media spokesman and advises Key's management team on media opportunities. Prior to coming to Key, he held communications management positions for 15 years at Continental Bank Corporation in Chicago (now Bank of America) and the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Murschel holds a Masters of Management (MBA equivalent) degree in marketing—with concentration in organization and management—from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a bachelor's degree with honors from Monmouth College (Illinois).
